Weekly meetings

The meetings are held weekly. See https://lists.oasis-open-projects.org/g/oslc-op/calendar for the calendar information and https://github.com/oslc-op/oslc-admin/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#online-meetings for the technical details.

Every meeting has its minutes recorded and published under https://github.com/oslc-op/oslc-admin/tree/master/minutes/2019. How to publish minutes:

1. Copy all text from https://hackmd.io/@driib/oslc-op-minutes/edit
2. Create a new file under https://github.com/oslc-op/oslc-admin/tree/master/minutes/ (you can also do so from the web UI). Use ISO date format yyyy-mm-dd.md as a format for the filename.
3. Paste the text from the HackMD.
4. Remove dail-in details.
5. Save the file.
6. Restore a clean minutes template in HackMD. Make sure to update the link to the previous minutes to the file you just published.
7. Add action points from the newly published minutes to the agenda of the next meeting in HackMD.
8. Email the OP with the link to the published minutes.
