Short description
This PR adds support for Material You, by adding a new adaptive launcher icon for Android. This change allows citizens to change the appearance of the icon to match their taste. To learn more, please refer to the technical docs:
If you're looking for the iOS icon, please note that this change has also been applied to the iOS icon.

How to test
Run Android on your physical device. You should see the new, updated icon. Go to Settings and change the theme, making sure to apply the new colour change to the icons.
