OpenMOOC is an open source platform (Apache license 2.0) that implements a fully open MOOC solution. If you do not know what a MOOC is, check it out on Wikipedia.
MoocNG is the engine behind OpenMOOC. It's the core application where the classes take place, where the students complete homework and exams. And it's where the teachers create the courses with its units, nuggets, and so on.
