chore: add Zscaler ZIA audit log to regex

Background

We are adding ZScaler integration, more specifically ZIA product with Audit Log schema. More details on the intgration:

Changes

This adds the schema mentioned above to the LOG_TYPE_REGEX which contains all schemas for the panther_analysis_tool.
