This was a pre-exisitng issue with debugger memory screens showing fixed sizes for internal and external backup memory (now fixed).
Original console is 2MB; debug version was set to 8MB. New configuration item is called "pcfx.main_memory_size_mbytes" with a range of 2 to 8, and a default of 2.
