Added Bluetooth module with BLE and BT Classic modes. Added additional keyboard maps but still tweaking them, so next release before the additional keyboard maps are stable. MZ-5600/MZ-6500 and PC-9801 modules included but not been tested. Yesterday I rebuilt the power supply of my NEC PC-9801, so once I've cleaned and replaced all capacitors will test the NEC PC-9801 module.

UPDATE: Updated the firmware version to 1.04.1 as further testing found a bug in the PS/2 Mouse detection logic.
