CLOUD-868: Remove monitoring from ps distro tests

CHANGE DESCRIPTION

Problem:
run-distro.csv is used for integration testing before PS distro components release. PMM is not a part of PS distro and this test is flaky so may result in not related failures.

Cause:
Short explanation of the root cause of the issue if applicable.

Solution:
Remove this test from suite .
