Initial version of the test file

This has been created for the sole purpose of sharing the first version of a facebook importer test zip file. It's serviceable, although not entirely convincing (mainly, it generates no_data.txt in every directory, instead of only in the empty ones). OTOH, it's been generated automatically from the set of known zip files, so new versions can also be generated in the same way.
