fix "cannot send encrypted dataset may not be sent with properties without raw flag" by adding `w` aka `--raw` option

Came across the same limitation. AFAIK, this patch https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/allow-migration-and-replication-of-disks-on-zfs-encrypted-storage.117227/post-520078 is the most promising. It uses --raw only when necessary, so as to not affect other replications, and it assumes a shared key file. The patch is based on the discussion around https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2350#c5. |
