Webkit.css: Fixeado multiples bugs, ahora se desplagara correctamente varios menus. En la version sidebar se rediseño la forma de redondear el border superior izquierdo.

Sidebar version
-se actualizan todos los iconos de la barra lateral.
-Inboxbutton cambiado de lugar, regresa contador de notificaciones, reescrito codigo del botton en steamrootdialog.
-el boton de VR se despliega correctamente centrado, ademas cuenta con un nuevo icono.
-ahora el boton de bloqueo parental se encuentra en la barra lateral correctamente, con sus respectivos estados; selected, hover, active.

Compact version
-se actualizaron todos los iconos de la topbar.
-Inboxbutton cambiado de lugar, regresa contador de notificaciones, reescrito codigo del botton en steamrootdialog
-steamrootdialog, reestructuración del codigo. cambia de lugar uistatuspanel a la topbar. nuevos estados para los iconos, un poco mas sutiles.
-uistatuspanel, reescrito codigo, ahora el boton de descargas se muestra en el topbar.
