Mitigated the coveralls HTTP status 422

Details: * coveralls-python 3.0.0 has an issue whereby the coveralls.io site responds with HTTP status 422. Mitigated this by pinning coveralls-python to <3.0.0. See also TheKevJames/coveralls-python#252. Signed-off-by: Andreas Maier <[email protected]>
