This PR is currently blocked by q2-stats not being in the amplicon distro. This will be fixed with the next prepare. |

I also need to ask for clarification on install instructions from greg and edit the README accordingly. |

Now thinking about this, Lets also wait until #58 is merged for simplicity. |
