3 packages failed: {autonomics}, {occCite}, {ptairMS}.
autonomics failure is unclear; I'm not sure how strict Bioconductor is about CI but it looks like a known failure. I tried tracing it to {bit64} with no luck so I think it's spurious.
{occCite} is also failing on CRAN, a Suggests was just removed.
{ptairMS} failed to install one Suggests ({ptairData}) and thus examples relying on it failed. Counting as spurious.
