Fixed some whitespace issues.

Fixed small problem with converting tabs to spaces.

Small bug fixes

Fixed a small problem that was causing the line numbers column to show an added 0 to the left of first line.

Also some small changes to the scripts file for the demo page to lazy load the options table on scroll to minimize the number of ajax request going out on page load.
