Use slsactl CLI to convert the BuildKit SLSA v0.2 provenance into SLSA v1, based on the [buildkit-gha/v1](https://github.com/rancherlabs/slsactl/tree/main/buildtypes/buildkit-gha/v1) builder type. The attestation is then pushed to the Prime registry. Signed-off-by: Paulo Gomes <[email protected]>
