this caused some tests to fail, mostly around precision. Needs investigation

Adds Trisomy21 AAP endpoints
Also includes changes in the
create_chartfunction in RCPCHGrowth 4.2.1 which changes the way chart centiles are generated. This changed the centile data in the tests which have been updatedCode changes
