The purpose of this milestone is to do the baseline of tasks and project setup to feel ready for other contributors to be able to easily join in and know what they can contribute.

Definition of Done:

1. Establish baseline of what's needed to easily guide and onboard new contributors to the project (e.g. documentation additions, setting code patterns, GitHub templates, choose a license, convert repo to public, etc)
2. Establish basic CI pipeline to build the project and run the tests
3. Updated and easy-to-understand DB entity relationship using UML symbols, export and put under source control under new docs directory
4. Establish a basic rust-docs convention in the source code for other developers to follow
