No update since 0.3 short of updating the revault_net and revault_tx libraries.

v0.3: Huffle Puffer

A third release in view of the third demo of Revault.

Features:
- We now return null if we have signatures which are invalid
for the Spend we are presented (ie, if they try to fool us)
- We use a cache for the signature hash for all the Spend inputs

Fixes:
- We now process all messages from a connection
