fix: unable to make install in termux, because of file system redirection #908

说真的,代码看不懂

在termux下,/usr是不可访问的,于是make install就会失败。相当的路径是$PREFIX, 这个就是检查当前环境$PREFIX/data/data/com.termux就认为是termux环境,不用/usr而用$PREFIX

Tested in termux by make and make install. Files are installed to /data/data/com.termux/files/usr.
