GStreamer included in the project. Receiving drone stream should be working now.

Download and extract the DroCo_win.rar archive. If DroCo is not receiving the video stream from the drone, try to use the DroCo_win_mingw.rar version instead. Those versions differ in the version of gstreamer (default uses MSVC build of the gstreamer, the latter one uses mingw build).
