The original file had Float and Fix both set to the same status (GBAS).
The changes will change the status = 1 to show when GPS is in Float mode.

status = 0 # no fix
status = 1 # Float
status = 2 # RTK


          Changed Float status = 1, no fix = 0, RTK = 2
