CMS updates as per first set of items in issue #103:

Added O and B to PID menu (F already there).
Added yaw menu, stop gains, FF and TTA.
Added angle limit.
Renamed a few level items.

Tested on Spektrum Dx18 / BlueJAyF4 and iX20 / MatekG474-Heli.
Memory Cost (BlueJayF4):
