This release changes the plot so that the y-axis (ALT allele percentage) always scales to 100% so that it's more obvious when you don't have a good match to any of the tested SNP sets.

• The --quiet option now works during the java code

• Added a --svg option to generate the graph in SVG format

• Set a more sensible default size for the output graph

• Added execute permissions to the two python scripts
