  • 🎓 Physicist of the Univerisdad Nacional de Colombia

  • 🛠️ I'm working on the following projects:

    • MarBAI
    • 🐦 BirdSongs - Automate the generation of bird songs using a nonlinear model and numerical optimization techniques.
  • 💼 I worked on the following projects:

    • 🧬 MR-AS4/COL - Evaluation of the unbinding kinetics of Mineralocorticoid (MR) receptor steroid agonist Cortisol (COL) and
    • 🏫 Aprender - Frontend design and backend development for the website with Moodle as integrated platform for educational purposes. Additioanlly, teach mathematics and physics. This project is in pause for now. Aldosterone (AS4) ligands using Molecular Dynamics (MD) and Monte Carlo (MC) simulations.
    • 🎶 maad-toolbox - Contribute to the sound toolbox by implementing some acoustical traits functions for audio analysis
  • ⚙️ I use daily Python, Markdown, and Latex. Nevertheless, I also have knowledge of Java, Matlab, C, C++, Html, Css, Js, and others.

  • 📗 I’m still learning a lot about Machine Learning, Numerical Methods for Physics, Data Visualization, and Numerical Optimization.

  • 🏛️ Some side projects during my free time:

    • 🎵 Acoustic instruments simulations: data creation, processing, and visualization
    • 🎙️ Birdsongs recording. Although I started to record other animals such as frgos, primates, owls, everything that produce sound
    • 📝 Educational question bank using Moodle and ChatGPT
    • 💡 New ways to teach science and programming, more dynamics and funny taking advantage of current tools like PeHT simulations.
  • 🧩 Some of my hobbies are: listening music and practice violin, play video games, urban agriculture, cycling, and solve tricky integrals, are you able to solve any of the following?
