This PR solves the first part of the issue, making this the broader forkable repo

Issue : #163

Description

This is the first from a 2 parts issue.

  • transform the main branch into a clean and most comprehensive repository possible to be forked

It also:

  • Updated all the packages from back and frontend
  • Added a warning color, as the blue one was confusing as a medium level
  • Added 4 more rules, now available in repolinter
