Description
Minor change focused solely on stability improvements, in conjunction with a back-end change (more details in https://saucedev.atlassian.net/browse/MDI-1076). Client change should be non-breaking, and the actual functionality should be hidden behind a new FF (so it can be easily rolled back).
Motivation and Context
We previously made a back-end change that (customers reported) increased disconnection rate in vUSB client, so we rolled it back. We want to roll it back out again, but to do that without issues we'd need customers to upgrade their vUSB client first.
