Consider BVH do speed up raycasting in 3D viewport #7832

We currently use raycasting when hovering meshes in the 3d viewport. This could potentially be sped up with:
https://github.com/gkjohnson/three-mesh-bvh

We should do a performance benchmark first before integrating the library properly.
