When specifying a targetElement and the element has a height greater
than that of the window height, snow would not "stick." Without
overflow:hidden specified, this can lead to an infinite scroll problem
(and significant performance degradation).
This patch zeroes out scrollY when a targetElement is specified,
allowing snow to stick to the bottom of the element, regardless of its
height.
