Update for R 3.3.2

• Please install as a regular user, not Administrator
• Installer includes both 32 and 64 bit builds
• Getting started with BERT

Changes:

• Update R to version 3.3.2 (31 October 2016)
• UI and functionality updates

Note:

As of version 1.0 we no longer support 32-bit Windows. We still support 32-bit Office, as long as you are running on 64-bit Windows. If you need 32-bit support for some reason, send us a note.
