The latest version of bundler requires ruby 3.0, but we're still on 2.7 for now. Signed-off-by: Gerwin Klein <[email protected]>

The docker seems to be based on ubuntu-20.04, which has Ruby 2.7. Surely gem would take into account the Ruby version when installing and updating packages? |
One would hope, but apparently not :-) |
