Motivation
To have a working release CI again.
Explanation of Changes
Updated all actions possible.
Now uses
cargo xtask wasm-optto build.Testing
It runs locally with act till the "📦 Create GitHub Release" step, which it can't do locally.
We can further test this once it's merged into the main.
Forking was disabled; otherwise, I would have tested it that way.
Related PRs and Issues
We can test if this fully works after merging and if that does it would close #209.
