Shinyguitar is a sample library for Plogue Sforzando version 1.822 or newer. It contains samples of an archtop guitar played and mapped by D. Smolken.

This instrument is open source, and you can do whatever you want with it; however, the XML bank contains a digital signature, and editing the XML bank will break the ability of Plogue Sforzando to load the instrument with the GUI.

To register, drag the Shinyguitar.bank.xml file onto the Sforzando interface. Once registered, Shinyguitar will be available in the Sforzando loading menu.

MIDI CC control assignments:
7 - volume
10 - pan
100 - blend (0 = all magnetic pickup signal, 127 = all microphone signal)
101 - tone (lowpass filter cutoff)
112 - tame (sample offset)
110 - mute (simultaneous envelope hold, decay and sustain adjustment)

1 - vibrato depth
103 - vibrato speed
104 - vibrato onset delay
105 - vibrato onset fade-in

107 - number of voices (one plus release noises, three without release noises or five without release noises)
106 - release noise volume
108 - stereo width for extra voices
