I am sure it only happens for this repo's build.
It doesn't happen for official test build(msvc) https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/actions

Reproduce step:

1. run mpv with --hwdec=yes --hr-seek-framedrop=no
2. load the file and try to seek again and again
3. Stutter/pause? sometimes happens.

I checked the local archives. The first version which had this issue is 20240820.

There were no commits in those days. It could be the bug from some dependencies.

Yes, I can reproduce the issue by this build.
