A ready to use Elasticsearch cluster with the siren-join plugin preinstalled

The lite distribution includes a subset of the dataset available in the full distribution.

This is a bugfix release over 4.4.1

Fixed issues:

• the default join settings were incorrect
• relational filter was not correctly refreshed
