  1. Change Langchain4J version from 0.34.0 to 0.36.0
  2. Added OpenTelemetry.
  3. Added Fault Tolerance
  4. Updated AI Service Creator to support more CDI injection of ChatMemory, RetrievalAugmentor, to register AiService creation.
  5. Updated OpenLiberty examples to showcase OpenTelemetry and FaultTolerance.

@TheEliteGentleman I think this PR is very complex and provides different features. In my opinion it should be splited per feature otherwise it makes things very difficult to review.
