Question: Are we going to bother in this release with the elipsis [_L_ELLIPSIS] in the form of a special Unicode elipsis symbol U+2026 ( "…" ) , or will we just leave it as simple separate three dots ( "..." ) ?

I think this is a minor changes, do not have much feature enhancement, let's move the change to another version if possible.
