Around the turn of the millennium I moved from building things from wood and steel, to building things with teams and code. Along the way I found that if I build enough clever tools, workflows, and automations, that I could get myself, and sometimes others, down to a three day (or less) work week. This is one of the very accessible promises of technology.

As well as any of my philosophies/mental meanderings, such as:

• DevOps, SRE, and the future of what, how, and who we are
