DNS Change Propagator

Windows Service to update my DNS Record at Google DNS.

Thought I'd need to propagate this to WireGuard as well, but wasn't necessary.

Install Service

Use provided install_service.bat with elevated command prompt.

Uninstall with InstallUtil.exe -u path-to-service-exe
