feat(tangle-cloud): Blueprint Marketplace

Summary of changes

Provide a detailed description of proposed changes.

• Move sharable restake and blueprint API queries to tangle-shared-ui.
• Move sharable blueprint UI components to tangle-shared-ui.
• Create a blueprint marketplace page using reusable API queries and UI components.
• Revise the role dropdown button to resemble a traditional dropdown.
• Include basic metadata for Tangle Cloud.
