fix(tangle-dapp): Fix assets not showing in restaking after new Tangle update

• 🔧 Fixed restaking operations after updates were made to Tangle (assets and vaults weren't showing up).
• 🔧 Improved & refactored bridge logic to use stronger type safety.
• 🔧 Updated the Assets & Balances table on the Dashboard page to show more accurate row values.
• 🎨 Made some design improvements on the restaking UI, and updated the order of the navigation items on the sidebar to prioritize restaking pages.
