aio has a minimum version of 26.1 at this time (see
aio.el),
dash is minimum Emacs 24, and plstore has been part of Emacs
since at least
2011
.

Context: kidd/org-gcal.el#200 - I want to keep
org-gcal compatible with Emacs 26.1, which was released only in 2020.
