This pull request adds a post that shows how to implement a quantum circuit which performs a Gaussian convolution.
It also removes
toc-colorfromtheme-light.scss, because that causes the selected chapter to be invisible in the table of contents, and adds an emptystyles.cssto fix errors about not finding the file.
