feat: escalation ares

It's an escalation featuring explosion in Colorado, and completing whose last level will reward Breachcharge Mk2.

Objective Briefing

As requested, post the screenshot here:

1. Level 1 one is at the second floor in the main house, wandering between the balcony and the video game room.
2. Level 2 one is the captain who is training three soldiers in the garden.
3. Level 3 one is the one in the garage + Complication: No recordings.
