summary:

  • removed hardhat, setup forge
  • removed hardhat tests, deployment scripts, etc - added similar forge tests
  • reorganized contracts, mocks, and tests
  • removed npm dependency like OZ, added from forge instead
  • setup prettier and tests workflows
