manifest: bump Zephyr back to TiaC's main branch

As we are preparing support for Zephyr main line this bumps the Zephyr version following the main line branch, the bleeding edge, to be able to see failures as soon as possible, fix bugs and add security updates. Signed-off-by: Stephan Linz <[email protected]>
