…ant URL change. Old SCM code is left in place, but it deprecated and should be removed in a future release. Cloudera Manager code is copy-paste-modified from old SCM code.
…use variable $installer instead of naming file repeatedly.

WARNING: I have not integration-tested these changes! I am still using the "scm"-based stuff myself, since cloudera manager is available behind that name.
It is totally understandable if you decline/postpone the pull request until I have actually launched a cluster using this code.
