2 files are needed
1 client side - BSLayout38.html
1 server side - clinuip3.js

I've installed thesem on my VM as 
/home/vista/www/ewd/ClinUiPv3/BSLayout38.html
/home/vista/www/node/node_modules/clinuip3.js


It uses a mix of 
-html/css (Bootstrap)
-javascript - client & server side
-node.js 
-EWD.js (EWDjs.com) for web socket link to JSON database tech (M or MongoDB)
-M as a JSON database (set up via dEWDdrop Virtual Machine, can be setup via other routes)
