Delegator States

There are several states a Delegator can be in:

• Unbonded (default) when they haven't bonded to any Provider or when they have successfully withdrawn their tokens after unbonding
• Unbonding when they have unbonded but not yet withdrawn or rebonded their tokens
• Bonded when they have bonded their tokens to a Provider
