PD-1135 Add Enclosure Options to Pool Creation Wizard Content #2997

This PR adds the Enclosure Option content to both the PoolCreationWizardScreens,md and CreatePool.md snippet file.

Applied the enterprise shortcode only in the UI ref. Applying it in the snippet file breaks how the procedure displays.

Added new screenshots.
