Add
jbof.reapply_configAPI to reapply configuration to JBOFs.This will reapply the expected data-path IP configuration to each JBOF (having no effect if already correct), and will then attach all JBOF drives.
(Also performed some tidy-up: removed some unused args from some existing private APIs.)
